Sunday Swap Meet

NEW THIS YEAR! A used powersports equipment Swap Meet is being added to the Big East Powersports Show! It’ll be outdoors on Sunday, October 1, next to the Expo Center, with swap hours of 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The focus will be on private party sales (not businesses/dealers) of used snowmobiles, ATVs, motorcycles and related parts, gear and accessories from model year 2000 forward. No new items are allowed. If you’re interested in displaying/selling your used stuff at the swap, contact Ron at (315) 415-5025.

SWAP MEET Information

$20 for a truck and a trailer (2-place or 4-place)
$30 bundle package for truck, trailer and 2 tickets to the Big East Powersports Show

Swap area will be in the parking lot on the southwest side of the Expo Center building in a pre-marked/barricaded area.
Limit of one truck & trailer area per swapper.
Spaces allotted on first-come, first-served basis starting at 8 a.m. Sunday morning. Parking closes at 9:45 a.m.
Swap hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Departure begins at 3 p.m., and everything must be clear by 4 p.m.

Checks & cash accepted at the gate Sunday morning.
No new merchandise is allowed, used items only.
No dealerships allowed, this is for personal sales.
Planned focus is on model year 2000 and newer machines and related parts and accessories; this is not intended to be a vintage swap
Do not transport sleds with engine running. Use of sled dollies required to move sleds around.
Participants in the Swap Meet assume all risk of personal injury and all lost or damage to property or persons.
Please keep all merchandise sales & demonstrations inside the Swap Meet area.
